How many seats should I plan for?

There is no exact science but from our experience if you are inviting 200 people, take half of that number less 30.   A 20' x 30' White Valance Canopy with 9 tables and 72 chairs would do the trick. 8 chairs per 8' rectangle or 60" round tables.   Not everyone will sit at the same time but you still do not want people to feel crowded.  Also, most people have lawn furniture of some sort to handle overflow if it happens.  Check out our packages to see which package fits you best.  If you have questions, we would be glad to help you plan your event as well.   http://www.callintentsevents.com/
