The 13th Annual Southfield Business & Consumer Expo
Coming Thursday, March 31st, 2011 at the Southfield Town Center Garden Atrium located at 2000 Town Center in Southfield, Michigan. Planning for the summer.
Most people would believe that summer is an extremely busy time. Whether it be a wedding, graduation, vacations, work around the house, etc we are all very busy. Now is the time to secure your plans for your wedding, graduations & proms - whether it be the hall, caterer, limo or equipment rental; start now to secure what you need. June, especially is one of the busiest months with proms, graduations and weddings so start investigating and planning now. How many seats should I plan for?
There is no exact science but from our experience if you are inviting 200 people, take half of that number less 30. A 20' x 30' White Valance Canopy with 9 tables and 72 chairs would do the trick. 8 chairs per 8' rectangle or 60" round tables. Not everyone will sit at the same time but you still do not want people to feel crowded. Also, most people have lawn furniture of some sort to handle overflow if it happens.
